In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.


1. Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

To be valid, the Notification must include the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.


  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., a link to your original work or a description).


  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (the specific URL of the page).


  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.


  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.


  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Counter-Notification

If you receive a notification that your content has been removed due to a copyright complaint, and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notice. To be effective, the Counter-Notice must be a written communication that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.


  • Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.


  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.


  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Wyoming, USA, if your address is outside of the United States).


4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Vanta Picks Global has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
